Cravings Interpreter

A small experimental tool for making sense of food cravings!

This was my first fully “vibe coded” project where I skipped the usual Figma phase and built directly in the browser, using AI as a collaborative partner. I described the concept and visual direction, then iterated between Claude and ChatGPT to shape both the interface and logic.

The idea came from a personal problem: I’d often crave very specific textures or flavors, and always wondered why. I realized cravings can often point to something deeper that’s needed by your body, but instead of Googling it every time, I wanted a lightweight tool I could use to translate that for me.

Right now, the tool uses a structured set of keywords and associations to map inputs to categories. In the future, I’d be interested in exploring a more dynamic, AI-driven version that can better handle nuanced or mixed cravings.
